Your instructor

Sahil Bloom

Investor

Sahil is a NYC-based investor, entrepreneur, and creator. He previously worked at a generalist investment fund with over $2.5 billion in capital under management, where he focused on investments in the consumer products and services sector. Sahil serves as an advisor to a number of startups and small businesses and is an active angel investor in 30+ early stage consumer and consumer technology companies.

In his free time, he has built a large platform focused on business, finance, and decision-making.

Sahil received an M.A. in Public Policy and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Stanford University, where he was also a member of the Stanford Baseball Team. During his time at Stanford, Sahil helped lead the baseball team to two NCAA Super Regional appearances, was a two-time PAC-12 All-Academic Team honoree, and twice received the Bruce Cameron Memorial Award for Excellence in Academics, Athletics, and Leadership.

You'll apply a framework to identify novel ideas, and write about them in a compelling way.

Twitter (Zero to one)

Strategy and tactics to go from 0 to 1000 followers on Twitter, quickly. Students will implement a process to hit 1k followers within their first 3 months on Twitter.

Attract readers to your site.

Newsletters

You'll port Twitter followers over to an email list, and build your own email newsletter to engage your list.

Live workshop

Sahil will provide feedback on concrete examples submitted by students.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will live sessions be held during the week?

All sessions will be held at 11am ET, from Jan 18 through Jan 21 (4 sessions total).

Is there a community to communicate with others?

Yes! We've created a private community space for students of the Audience Building course. There you can share your progress, get feedback, ask for help, and more

Do I need a large audience to experience success with this course?

Not at all. We show step by step how to go from 0-1000 and beyond followers. Any audience size is good enough to get tangible value from this course.

How much time will this take?

There will be 2, 120-minute sessions and 2, 90-minute workshops in the week of January 18th through 21st 2022.

How much access to Sahil do I get?

Dedicated direct access to Sahil during the course sessions + continued access via DMs using a special code that will be provided during the course.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Absolutely. All students will get recordings of the sessions. But try no to miss them because the real value is in the participation. If you really can't make it try to find a substitute for you.
