- Viability: Mark as Viable Now or Viable Later.
- Analysis of viability: Why is it viable or not yet? (e.g. ARPU levels, customer buying patterns, ability to self-serve vs. need for reps).
- System alignment: How well does this motion align with your:
- Guardrails (target CAC, payback window)
- Foundational Five (esp. model + market fits)
- Alignment factors (velocity, commitment, cost)
- Story System (how your monetization motion reinforces your positioning and buyer narrative)
