Go through every contact you might have (LinkedIn, email, phone, social, etc.) that you feel might be relevant to your product and add them to the database below.
Mark down how you met and any other relevant information about the contact.
Use the 3-part priority scoring system. Only contact those who score a 6 or above. (All 6+ contacts filter into the โHigh Priorityโ view.)
Determine the primary goal of contacting them. Are they a potential first customer? Great candidate for product feedback? Mark that down.
Open each contact and add the โNetwork Contactโ template to the page. Follow the instructions in that template for research and email writing.
After you send the initial emails, add a follow-up date for 2 days after the initial email was sent. In the โNeeds Follow Upโ view of the database, you can keep track of who needs to be followed up with.
