Growing a startup is really hard

Here's why:

• There are a ton of things you need to get right in order for a product to grow.
• The space is super noisy with every creator telling you they've cracked the code.
• Outsourcing early-stage growth is hard because:
  
  • Agencies have a hard time working with startups and their shifting needs.
  • Senior marketers often know HOW to help but haven't done the work in a while.
  • Junior marketers don't know what to do but are good at doing the work.

As a result it's very easy to waste years and hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to grow your startup through trial and error and bad hires.

This program shortcuts that with a proven system.

The Growth Program 2.0 mission

This is not a standard course:

• We don't intend for you to do all of it.
• We're not certifiying you as an expert growth marketer
• We're not helping you land a job.

We're giving you the frameworks you need to set your startup up for growth.

How the Program is structured

The program is broken up into a few things:

• Paths: A tailored collection of "courses" to walk through to set up your growth engine or achieve a specific outcome.
• Parts: Sections of a "path" that are focused on particular aspects. Such as "The Growth Foundation."
• Courses: A collection of "lessons" to learn and apply a specific concept. For example, Meta Ads.
• Lessons: Video/text lessons or projects to teach you something.
• Projects: Apply what you've learned with step-by-step projects. You'll fill out your master strategy project throughout parts 1-5 of the program.

Parts 1–5 (strategy) are universal. Frameworks designed to work for any company type.

Sometimes a tailored course is added for your specific path—but generally the concepts are universal.

The Execution Layer is a curated list of channels that are most optimal for growing your type of startup.

Note: This is not a passive, kick up your feet and hit play type of thing. This is an active program where you are applying what you're learning to your startup as you go.

That being said, if you ever just need to jump into specific courses, you can go to the Explore page and do that course directly.

This is a living and breathing program

This is a custom-built platform. We can change basically anything and everything.
