About this course

This chapter walks you through turning your acquisition motion into a concrete channel strategy. You’ll use a seven-point evaluation framework to score potential channels, weigh tradeoffs like intent vs. scale, and identify the flywheel channels that can compound into sustainable growth. From there, you’ll layer in secondary and assist channels — like boosters or kickstarters — to bridge today’s constraints and lower CAC while your main engine spins up.

By the end, you’ll have a prioritized testing roadmap that sequences channels in the right order for your guardrails and stage. You’ll also produce a concise artifact that makes it clear to your team and investors where you’re placing bets, why those bets align with your model and brand, and how they fit into the bigger growth engine you’re designing.
