About this course

This lesson shows you how to turn your guardrails, foundations, advantages, and motions into a coherent growth strategy. Instead of jumping straight to channels and tactics, you’ll define your plan of attack — a guiding policy that connects diagnosis (the lack of a scalable growth engine), context (your goals and constraints), and leverage (your unique catalysts and story). This ensures that every growth choice you make is consistent with your model, market, and resources.

You’ll also learn through analogies and examples why strategy is about disciplined diagnosis and clear rules of engagement, not lists of tactics. Just like a good doctor considers patient history before prescribing treatment, a founder must align growth actions with their foundation. By the end, you’ll capture your plan of attack in your Master Strategy Project, creating a 2–3 paragraph strategic narrative that sets the stage for acquisition, monetization, and retention strategy.
