F5 = full-system alignment
One really interesting thing, at least to me, about the Foundational Five (or F5 for short) is that it creates full system alignment.
Why? Because everything runs downstream from our foundation.
It informs our growth motions (which we're going to examine in Part Four). Our growth motions inform our growth strategy. And our growth strategy not only informs which channels and tactics we pursue, but exactly how we wield them.
So, what this means is that instead of feeling like you are searching in the dark for some sort of growth cure, and feeling lost when things aren't working (or stop working), you now have a tool that allows you to identify not just foundational misalignment, but misalignment all the way down to the tactical and executional layers.
