Your shortcut to growth

Okay, so I am not a big believer in shortcuts, as you may already be able to tell. I don't believe in silver bullets.

I don't believe in growth hacks.

But if there is a shortcut to growth, the Foundational Five is it.

It provides us with a blueprint, a way to quickly and simply understand: Are we set up to grow? You don't have to spend months researching to understand that. You don't have to run dozens and dozens of experiments to understand that. This framework allows you to very quickly determine how to design each pillar of your foundation for growth based on where you're at TODAY. It provides a map for navigating through market shifts and growth obstacles, allowing you to confidently adjust and optimize your foundation to maintain long-term alignment.

And no, it's not a miracle worker. We'll discuss this in more detail in a moment, but our Foundational Five, like everything else in our business, is a hypothesis that must be validated. It takes time to get it right. But again, if there IS a shortcut to growth, this is about as close as it gets.
