In a nutshell, a growth catalyst is your edge, or your advantage. As you can see, we have identified seven buckets of catalysts through our time working with some of the fastest-growing startups in the world. We have market, product, model, brand, channel, founder, and capital catalysts. In part two of the program, we're going to go much deeper into the catalysts to help you identify which ones may be an opportunity for you today, and, possibly more importantly, which ones have potential for you to engineer into your foundation over time.
